Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only accepted for orders that have not yet been dispatched. If your product is already on its way, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Return Policy

ACE strives for quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect, and in order to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, the company follows an exchange and return policy in accordance with the American Consumer Defense Code, and is concerned that you obtain an effective, agile and, above all, satisfactory negotiation.

If exchange and/or return is necessary, contact our service channels, within 48 hours from receiving the product, informing the reason for the exchange and/or return.

How to do it: Attach photos, video or equivalent demonstrating the problem for the exchange or return. When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must inform the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the patient, CPF, date of return, product reference code and batch number.

ATTENTION: Exchanges or refunds will only be made if the product has manufacturing defects, that is, if it is delivered damaged, broken, leaking or otherwise that justifies the exchange/return.

The following conditions must be observed: The product cannot have signs of use. The product must be shipped in its original packaging, accompanied by labels or tags (label with product reference code).

As it is a controlled product and sold only with a medical prescription, there is no possibility of exchanging it for a product that differs from the one originally prescribed by the doctor.
